Kicking off the lineup of 2023 Ram 1500 trim levels is the Tradesman trim, which comes standard with a quad cab and a six-foot-four-inch bed. However, a crew cab with the option of a five-foot-seven-inch or six-foot-four-inch bed is available. Standard exterior features for the 2023 Ram 1500 Tradesman include an LED trailer hitch light, active grille shutters, largest-in-class 14.9-inch brake rotors, power-adjustable side mirrors, and 18-inch steel wheels. Meanwhile, the interior features power windows, power door locks, air conditioning, a new air filtration system, a switch-activated electronic parking brake, work-grade vinyl upholstery, cruise control, a manual tilt/telescoping steering wheel, and a 5-inch infotainment touchscreen.

The Ram 1500 Big Horn levels up in terms of interior and exterior style. From the outside, the Big Horn identifies itself with chrome on the grille, bumpers, and alloy wheels. Additionally, the Big Horn trim gains a leather-wrapped steering wheel, cloth upholstery, and fog lights. The Big Horn trim also has a lineup of available features for customers to add, including but not limited to power folding mirrors, a dual-pane sunroof, air suspension, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a 12-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment touchscreen. The Big Horn is also eligible for the Back Country Package, adding off-road shock absorbers, skid plates, all-terrain tires, and an electronic locking rear axle.

The Laramie stands out with a chrome billet grille with a unique pattern differentiating it from the Big Horn's chrome grille. The exterior of the Laramie also adds side mirror memory settings, remote start, LED taillights, and distinct 18-inch alloy wheels. Stepping inside the 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie, you'll discover a standard 8.4-inch infotainment touchscreen, driver's seat memory settings, 10-way power front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a seven-inch digital driver information display, nine-speaker Alpine premium audio, heated/cooled front seats, and more. The Laramie is eligible for three packages, including the aforementioned Back Country package. Meanwhile, the Off-Road Group and GT package are available for the Laramie trim.

The Ram 1500 Rebel has a rugged, off-roader look with all-terrain capability to back it up. With standard 4x4, the Rebel trim also adds an off-road-tuned suspension with a one-inch factory lift, skid plates, 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac all-terrain tires, a wider stance, black fender flares, an electronic locking rear axle, tow hooks, LED headlights, and LED fog lights. Selec-Speed, another capability feature, is newly standard for the Rebel. The Selec-Speed system gives the driver the ability to set a particular speed between 0.5 and 6 MPH. This allows the driver to focus on maneuvering off-road trails while the Selec-Speed system maintains the set speed. Comfortably seated atop the Ram 1500 lineup is the top-spec Limited trim, which has been crowned the most luxurious truck in its class. The Limited trim comes standard with the prized 5.7L HEMI V8, standard 4x4, and four-corner air suspension for a smooth, comfortable ride. Other exterior features for the limited trim include an exclusively designed chrome grille, a standard crew cab, 20-inch alloy wheels, dual exhaust tips, power running boards, full LED exterior lighting, and more. Meanwhile, the interior features 12-way power-adjustable front seats with memory settings, 100% leather upholstery, a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 12-inch digital gauge cluster, built-in navigation, and more. The Limited trim is available with the Limited Elite Package, which adds the otherwise optional RamBox external cargo bin and multi-function tailgate. Other Limited Elite features include a kick-out bed step, premium leather upholstery, a chrome pedal kit, real wood interior accents, 21-inch alloy wheels, and nineteen-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio.
