Most Loved Vehicles in America
Strategic Vision named its Most Loved Vehicles in America for 2015 year models and five vehicles from FCA US LLC took home the title. There is a winner in each vehicle segment as the Most Loved Vehicle, FCA also ranked highest in Strategic Vision's 20th annual Total Quality Index earlier this year. The five FCA vehicles include the Dodge Charger, Dodge Durango, Jeep Renegade, Fiat 500 and Fiat 500e.
Strategic Vision has many years of experience and has created their own algorithms and scales to measure things such as customer love and emotions that are difficult to measure. For the Most Loved Vehicle awards, the company created what they call the Customer Love Index which simply measures the amount of love that customers have towards each different vehicle. From there, it can be decided which vehicles are doing best at creating love and not just satisfaction, and the vehicles with the highest love index are chosen at the Most Loved Vehicles in America.
In order to calculate the Customer Love Index for each vehicle, Strategic Vision had to complete a quantitative New Vehicle Experience Study which consisted of over 44,000 vehicle owners who rated the vehicles.
