Plus, the Gladiator offers 4x4 systems for the best off-roading! | Toyota Tacoma TRD Power & HandlingThere is only one engine option available for the Toyota Tacoma TRD. This 3.5-liter V6 engine generates up to 278 horsepower and 265 pound-feet of torque. This engine comes mated to a six-speed automatic transmission but you can opt for an available six-speed manual on higher TRD trim levels. With this V6 engine, the Tacoma TRD can tow up to 6,800-pounds and handle payloads up to 1,440-pounds. |
